Design and display

The 48.6 × 48.6 × 13.5 mm model uses sapphire crystal, stainless steel, reinforced polyamide and a 1.5-inch 466 × 466 LTPO AMOLED display. It is rated to 100 m and includes an LED flashlight. The large steel case will not suit every wrist.

Maps and training

Offline maps, dual-band GPS, heatmaps and Climb Guidance support navigation. Suunto lists more than 115 sport modes, workout planning, Training Zone and Suunto Coach. We have not independently tested GPS, heart rate or elevation accuracy.

Battery

Suunto claims 65 hours in best-accuracy multi-band mode, 250 hours in Tour mode, 20 days daily use with heart rate and 30 days without it. Tour mode lowers GPS accuracy and disables heart rate.
